About the Role
- Design and develop core features for a location-based AR multiplayer experience in Unity
- Integrate hand-tracking functionality and optimize for Meta Quest stack performance
- Develop server-side infrastructure to handle real-time multiplayer and location-based AR experiences
- Collaborate with designers and 3D artists to implement world-building elements
- Implement and refine gameplay mechanics, UI, and seamless networking for multiplayer interactions
Requirements
Proven experience in XR development, especially in location-based AR multiplayer projects
Strong Unity development background with a focus on Meta Quest stack and hand-tracking integration
Expertise in C# programming and back-end server architecture to support real-time multiplayer
Solid understanding of spatial mapping, GPS/location services, and multiplayer networking in AR
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
